Hi Wally! 

I…just wanted to report that my grandfather was THRILLED with his pen!!!!  I think he was very moved that I got him such a special gift, and couldn't say enough about the craftmanship.  I may have neglected to mention it, but my grandfather is very skilled in woodwork himself!!! 

He said that he was very impressed, from one artisan to another ;).  Anyway,...it meant a lot to me to be able to give him such a special present, so thank you so much!

Wally, I wanted to get back to you to tell you the pen was a big hit! My nephew really appreciated it, but his parents did so even more. Even the next day when we had some “down time” before driving back to NJ, they asked about it again – where it came from, who made it, etc. They can definitely see how special it is!
